We recommend that you make appointments in advance. Please feel free to call at the last minute, and we will do our best to accomodate you.

We requre a minimum of 24 HOURS notice CANCELLATION for appointments 1 HOUR or less in duration. Appointments which exceed 1 hour require a minimum 48 HOURS CANCELLATION and 72 HOURS CANCELLATION for Spa Packages unless otherwise stated at time of booking. CANCELLATIONS not made within this timeframe will be charged the full price of the services.

LATE ARRIVAL may result in a shorter appointment so as not to delay services for the next client (full charges will apply).

For your enjoyment and consideration of other clients, we prefer that guests under the age of 15 not be in the spa unless they are receiving services themselves.

GST and GRATUITIES are not included in prices listed. Minimum GRATUITY of 15% will be added to group bookings of 3 or more people.
